I’m entirely too close to 40 to do a 40 before 40 list. But THIS list? THIS is the perfect list for a procrastinator like me to think about maybe possibly doing some more of these someday before I die. I do not, however actually desire to do all of these. Saw it over at MamaLady’s. (She says she doesn’t like memes. Wha?)

It seems you’ve lived a more interesting life than I. Maybe I should work on that. Probably not. I love my boring life!
Maybe memes aren’t that bad after all.
Good night!
That one was very telling….hmmmmm…been to Paris and speak another language? Would that be French? and you can’t say that you’ve had major surgery and not tell what. (unless it’s a taboo secret….on second thought , maybe you don’t want to tell…
and I can keep reading your blog because you answered no to the D&D question. haha.
Mais, oui, je parle un peu de Francais. It’s been a tres long time though. And you know I haven’t had plastic surgery b/c I didn’t check that one. Actually, I’m not sure my surgery qualifies as major surgery. It’s outpatient now b/c my daughter had it done, but back in the day, when I was four, I had surgery to correct a lazy eye. One of my fondest memories is my mom trying to describe the cartoon action to me as I lay in the hospital bed w/ my eyes covered in bandages. And I really restrained myself from commenting on #71, but let me just say again that I do NOT desire to do everything on the list!
You have lived a great life so far! How many of us can say we’ve been behind the mic of a major radio station like you?!
Well, I certainly was a…phenomenon. I had the coveted Friday evening spot. I think I only lasted a semester. I just don’t like to talk that much! ; )
Sounds like a great life : ) Now just how did you pass out cold??
Put this up over at my site. I love 36 and 102. I pity the person who doesn’t do both regularly
How can I not bite? I actually do have a life list of things I really do want to accomplish, which I will post sometime, but in the midst of my head-stuffing illness I’ll take this pre-written one
Thanks for thinking of me! (And you’ve been to Paris & Pisa but never read The Iliad? I’m scandalized! haha).
Childlife, I am such a wimp that I passed out while my dad was giving blood!
And Stephanie, I may actually have read the Iliad somewhere along the line; but again, I obviously don’t remember enough about it for it to count. Ah, the brain cells, they are dying…
sounds like you have done some wonderful things in your life and will have great memories to draw on. you should post your “bucket list” sometime…matter of fact, I should post mine…one of these days I’ll get around to it…
God bless,
Briggie
Thanks for the fun! I did it over at my blog!
This is a great meme! I just did the hot air balloon thing a few weeks ago… VERY against my will.. but once we got up in the air I loved it.
You have an interesting life
Thanks for sharing. You have inspired me to create my list. Somehow I don’t think it will be as interesting as yours. but hope to have fun with it anyway.
Take care!
You probably know Childlife did a spinoff of this post for her 100th Post, and now I’m doing a copy of her spinoff for my (close to) 100th Post. I’ve posted a link back to this post, to give credit where credit’s due.
[...] post. Over at the lovely Lainey’s Blog In My Eye, she ran a post a while back listing 150 things to do before you turn 150. You’re supposed to bold all of the things that you have already done. I edited the list down [...]
